ACCOUNT MANAGER

“ekoQRD is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for three Account Managers to bolster its Sales team situated in Stockholm.

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop new and existing B2B and B2G clients;
  • Manage and execute the entire sales process;
  • Renew existing client contracts to deliver margin in line with sales objectives;
  • Collaborate with our Sales and Product development teams on the development and delivery of services to our customers;
  • Attend meetings, marketing and hospitality events where appropriate;
    Report directly to the Sales Director;

About you:

  • Ideally 2+ years experience of B2B sales preferably within SaaS/Cloud based solutions;
  • A genuine passion for tech;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish (and ideally another European language);
  • High level of business acumen and ability to make your case to high-level executives;
    Ability to prioritise and multi-task;
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills;
  • Proactive, autonomous and responsible;
  • Must love a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
  • Ability to travel up to 50%;

CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

Job responsibilities: 

  • Attend on-site customer meetings in order to understand their goals, products and what value we can bring to their business;
  • Organise, manage and deliver customer training events and workshops;
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction levels;
  • Liaise with Sales and Product development teams to provide customer feedback in order to assist our continuous improvement;
  • Take overall responsibility for customer use case documentation practices and processes;
  • Build strong relationships within the project-, client- and product teams;

 

About you:

  • Ideally 3+ years experience in a customer success, project management or post-sales role;
  • Experience of delivering complex business or technology solutions (SaaS is a strong merit);
  • A genuine passion for tech;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English;
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task;
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills;
  • Highly proactive, autonomous and responsible;
  • Must love a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
  • Ability to travel up to 25%;

Our headquarters are situated in Stockholm but due to the nature of this position we are open to candidates working from home (ideally close to a major international airport).

 

Job responsibilities: 

  • Develop new and existing B2B and B2G clients;
  • Manage and execute the entire sales process;
  • Renew existing client contracts to deliver margin in line with sales objectives;
  • Collaborate with our Sales and Product development teams on the development and delivery of services to our customers;
  • Attend meetings, marketing and hospitality events where appropriate;
  • Report directly to the Sales Director;

 

About you:

  • Ideally 5+ years experience of B2B sales preferably within SaaS/Cloud based solutions;
  • A genuine passion for tech;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and at least one more language (ideally Russian, Mandarin, Arabic or Spanish);
  • High level of business acumen and ability to make your case to high-level executives;
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task;

WHO

ekoQRD was founded in 2018 by trailblazers. With a wealth of collective business experience in our arsenal, we recognised the archaic and wasteful practice of handing out traditional business cards and set out to revolutionise how people do business and connect with each other.
Our headquarters are in Stockholm, Sweden but our outlook is international.

WHY

Simply put, we want to help. Each year, 10 billion traditional business cards are printed around the world, 88% of which are discarded within one week. That equates to a lot of trees being cut down, affecting habitats and carbon dioxide levels. Our mission is to eliminate this waste by digitising business practices and bringing them into the 21st century and in doing so, contributing to a sustainable future.
